I haven't really done a good update for a while, hey?
I've been sort of busy, but nothing crazy.
Friday night: Bil's birthday party at MING. I stayed for 1 drink and went home.
Saturday night: Matt & Mona's wedding. So nice! I'm not a big Wedding Person, but what could be better than seeing two people that I love join together in holy matrimony? really. it was really great. Matt prepared a speech in Korean for Mona's family, and it was 100% dead on. The dialect, the tones, everything. It was amazing. Matt is the smartest person I know. For real. Ended up getting really drunk at the wedding because everyone awesome was there. It was fantastic to see Vanessa again because she was gone all summer. Back and looking fantastic and dancing like you've never seen anything dance in your life.
Sunday: Lunch at the Ship with Matt Masters, Bob, Dave & Craig. Then we just layed on the couch and watched a movie about um..."little people" no, DWARVES and trains...Then Craig & I went to the Blues & Roots Festival. John Prine was amazing. Got drunk again. Sat backstage with Terry David Mulligan. I know. I couldn't believe it either. I LOVE T.D.M!! He was so awesome! Then we all (Bil, Josh, Chris, Clint, Buffy, Craig, Herb & I) went to my boss Mike's house for his 50th Birthday Party. It was about 1am by the time we got there, and we were all hammered. Josh was puking. It was awesome. Then we went home and slept.
Monday: Zak & I went to Little Italy for lunch on a cute outdoor patio. The lunch was good, but caused me to belch garlicy burps all day. Then we went to an Auction and to a kitchen supply warehouse. THen, to Costco! Zak made me buy a huge bag of prunes, because he's very concerned about my colon, which I think is sweet in a sick sort of way. I also bought a 2L Bottle of BBQ sauce. Which is also sort of sick. Then we went to the MALL and bought his girlfriend a dress. So great. I enjoy Zak's company alot, because he'll sort of just tell you the truth all the time, and he won't change his answers/opinions just to say what he thinks you might want to hear.
Tuesday: Fought with Craigger, kicked and steamed around for the evening until he came over and I looked at him and saw how cute and nice he is, went to Broken City for $4 SUPERCANS. The Dudes played, and it was awesome. The sound was fantastic, and I was happy about that.
